Lauren Brohawn, Assistant Director at the Buerk Center for Entrepreneurship and manager of the Alaska Airlines Environmental Innovation Challenge, has broad experience in and deep passion for the environmental field and brings both to serving undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Washington (and colleges and universities throughout the region) interested in playing and experimenting in the environmental innovation space.
Michael Pomfret, Managing Director of the Washington Clean Energy Testbeds run by the University of Washington Clean Energy Institute. Dr. Pomfret is an expert in material development and electroanalytical characterization of energy devices, as well as other catalytic systems. Dr. Pomfret has experience in academic, national, and industry research facilities throughout the U.S. and has managed growing laboratories at scientific and cleantech companies.
Mel Clark is a leader with 20 years of nonprofit experience, as well as for-profit business experience in real estate and human resources. She has a demonstrated track record of strong fiscal stewardship and program develoment. She joined the CleanTech Alliance in April 2020.
