This position for the Doris Duke Conservation Scholars Program (DDCSP) is an exciting opportunity to lead an innovative program that aims to transform conservation practice and inclusiveness on a national scale through a two-summer, undergraduate experiential learning program that explores conservation in the Pacific Northwest. Grounded in the ecological and cultural landscapes of the Pacific Northwest, DDCSP at University of Washington immerses undergraduate scholars in conservation efforts in both urban and rural contexts. Blending interdisciplinary conservation practice with storytelling and environmental justice, scholars build a sense of belonging and community within the field.
